- Founder & President of Paul Pang Insurance Services Ltd. in 1982.
- Co-founder & President of Pang & Yee Insurance Services Ltd. in 1983.
Immigration Fund:
- Founder & President of Pont – Pacific Investment Inc., an approved Richmond Warehouse Development Immigration Fund for twenty seven Immigration Investors families into Canada in 1991.
Public Listed Companies :
- Director of Belmont Resources Inc., a listed company on the VSE from 1990 to 1992
- Director of Norsemont Resources Inc., a listed company on the VSE from 1991 to 1992 and from 2000 to 2003.
- Director of Pacific Link Capital Inc., a listed company on the TSX-V. from 2010 to present.
Civic Duties:
- Paul was one of the 21 members Vancouver Economic Delegation led by Mayor Mike Harcourt to visit Hong Kong and China in 1986 to promote “ Vancouver Expo 86 ” and to unite officially Guangzhou and Vancouver as Sister Cities.
- Co-Chairman & Founding Member of APCEO (Asia Pacific CEO Association) of Canada from 2006 to present. The Honorable Robert Hawke, ex-Prime Minister of Australia and the Honorable Dominique de Villepin, Former French Prime Minister, head the APCEO Association Global.
